How to Return an Item
We Do Not accept personal use products as returns from our customers. We do not accept returns on personal use products for obvious reasons including serious Health & Sanitation Issues.
We Do Not accept returns on Multimedia items such DVDs and Videos from our customers unless factory sealed. We do not accept returns on videos and dvds unless factory sealed.
Return Policy: There is a 10 day return policy on all items, with the following conditions:
Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
No returns on personal use products including all novelties unless defective.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please contact us for an authorization number before returning any items.
We are sorry but we do not pay for postage on returns.
We generally do not believe in charging restocking fees, however, to protect yumyumvideos.ecrater.com against abuse of this policy, We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 15%) at our discretion.
Return Procedure: The following procedures must be followed or the return will be refused.
Contact customer service and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Include a copy of invoice which was received with the product(s).
To obtain a refund for a non-defective product, you must return the product factory sealed.
